Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Once payment has been successfully processed, access to digital products or online courses will be provided in accordance with the conditions stated for that product.

Online courses may be purchased with either single-user or multi-user access.

Single-user access is for one participant only. Login details, videos, course materials and other course content must not be shared with another person.

Multi-user access allows access for the number of participants specified at the time of purchase. Access must not be extended beyond the number of users purchased without prior written permission from Out of the Box Therapies.

Course materials remain the intellectual property of Out of the Box Therapies and must not be copied, recorded, reproduced, uploaded or distributed except where expressly permitted.

Any course access period will be stated on the relevant course or purchase page.

Unless otherwise stated, downloadable resources, guidebooks, cards, posters, handouts and similar products are supplied under an individual-use licence.

Purchase gives the purchaser permission to use the resource for their own personal or professional use. Copyright and ownership remain with Out of the Box Therapies.

You may:

• download and save the resource for your own use;
• print copies for your own use; and
• use the information and strategies within your own personal or professional practice.

You may not:

• forward, email or electronically share the resource with another person;
• upload the resource to a shared drive, intranet, learning platform, website or social media;
• print or photocopy the complete resource for distribution to others;
• sell, sublicense or commercially redistribute the resource;
• substantially reproduce the content within another resource, presentation, course or product; or
• remove branding, copyright notices or attribution and present the material as your own.

Purchasing a resource for use within a workplace does not provide organisation-wide access.

As part of our licence, Out of the Box Therapies permits purchasers to photocopy up to 10% of a multi-page resource to share relevant information with a child, family member, educator, colleague or other person supporting a child.

This permission applies to hard-copy photocopying only.

It does not permit scanning, emailing, uploading or otherwise electronically sharing any part of the resource.

Copied material should retain, or be accompanied by, acknowledgement of Out of the Box Therapies as the source.

This permission does not allow complete standalone products, including individual posters, cards, handouts or similar resources, to be copied and distributed.

Permission to reproduce more than 10% of a resource must be obtained from Out of the Box Therapies in writing.

All content created by Out of the Box Therapies, including written content, illustrations, graphics, course materials, videos, presentations, guidebooks, cards, downloads, programs and branding, is owned by or licensed to Out of the Box Therapies Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product gives you permission to use it in accordance with these Terms. It does not transfer copyright or ownership.

Content must not be reproduced, adapted, distributed, published, sold or used to create another commercial product without written permission, except where expressly permitted by these Terms or by law.

Our courses and resources provide general educational and developmental information.

They are not intended to:

• diagnose a child or developmental condition;
• replace individual assessment or intervention;
• replace medical, psychological, allied health or other professional advice; or
• guarantee any particular developmental, behavioural, educational or therapeutic outcome.

Children develop differently, and not every strategy will be appropriate for every child or situation.

If you have concerns about an individual child’s development, communication, learning, behaviour, health or wellbeing, we recommend seeking advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

Because many of our products are digital and may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not offered for change of mind once access has been provided.

If you experience a problem accessing a product, or believe a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.

Where an account or login is required, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

Accounts and course access must not be shared or transferred unless your purchase specifically includes multi-user access.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe a product, account or resource is being used or distributed in breach of these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Out of the Box Therapies does not guarantee particular outcomes from the use of its courses, resources or information.

Users are responsible for determining whether information and strategies are appropriate for their individual circumstances and for seeking professional advice where required.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services or legal obligations.
